Options
Continental US. You may make your choice of various service levels from either UPS or the US Postal Service or Library Rate when you check out. Please note that orders shipped to a PO Box number may only be shipped via the US Postal Service.
Orders to Alaska, Hawaii and US territories, Mexico and overseas destinations, will be shipped at International Air rates.
Canada. Orders to Canada will be shipped Canada Post Expedited via our Waterloo, Ontario warehouse, at the following rates:

Standards
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. Any unused or damaged item may be returned up to 30 days after receipt of your order. The cost of your order plus any sales tax applicable will be refunded to you for items returned. (Sorry, we cannot refund shipping & handling costs.)
All orders received by noon, Eastern Time, Monday through Friday will be shipped the same day. Orders to the Continental US will be shipped according to the method you select. Please note that Library Rate orders may take up to 10 working days to deliver.
Back ordered products will be shipped upon arrival, but additional shipping will be charged.
Backorders
Items currently on backorder will be shipped immediately upon availability, and you will not be charged for this item until the time of shipment. Thank you for your patience in these instances.
