Staff Changes at Mennonite Publishing Network
The retirement this summer of Eleanor Snyder, Editorial Director for Faith & Life Resources, has prompted some changes at Mennonite Publishing Network.
Beginning in mid-June, Amy Gingerich, currently Editorial Director for Herald Press, will assume the new position of Editorial Director for all MPN products. In this role she will be provide leadership for all Herald Press and Faith & Life Resources products. This will include managing the process and the staff required to develop the editorial content. She will work out of Hudson, Ohio.
Assisting Gingerich will be Byron Rempel-Burkholder, who will become Managing Book Editor. In addition to this half-time position, Burkholder will also continue as Rejoice! editor. As Managing Book Editor, Burkholder will edit and manage all titles with the Herald Press imprint. He will work out of Winnipeg, Man.
Also part of the editorial team will be Mary Ann Weber, newly-appointed as Managing Curriculum Editor. Weber, who begins her new role in July, will manage and edit curriculum and other materials with the Faith & Life Resources imprint. Weber will work out of the MC USA office in Elkhart, Ind.
